Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and which apps this policy covers

Alma Total Solutions Ltd ("Alma", "we", "us", or "our") provides the Alma ABC 123 educational games. This policy applies to the English, French, German, and Spanish editions of our ABC 123 learning apps for Android (collectively, the "Apps").

This policy describes the Apps' current data practices. It does not describe the data practices of unrelated websites, apps, or services.

2. Information children provide

The Apps do not provide account registration, sign-in, chat, social networking, user profiles, purchases, or forms that ask a child to submit personal information. We do not ask for a child's name, email address, telephone number, home address, date of birth, school, precise location, photos, voice recordings, contacts, or files.

3. Information stored on the device

The Apps save game progress, unlocked activities, scores, preferences, and settings locally on the device. Alma does not receive this local game data. It remains on the device until the user clears the App's data or uninstalls the App.

4. Advertising and automatic technical data

The Apps use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Before advertising is initialized, the Apps configure all users for child-directed and under-age treatment. Advertising is limited to G-rated content, personalization is disabled, and the Apps do not request or transmit the Android advertising identifier.

Google's advertising services may automatically process limited technical information needed to provide contextual advertising, protect against fraud and abuse, measure ad delivery, and maintain service performance. According to Google's SDK disclosure, this may include:

• the device's IP address, which may indicate a general location;
• App and advertisement interactions, such as App launches, taps, or ad views;
• diagnostic and performance information, such as launch time, crashes, hangs, and energy usage; and
• limited app- or device-related identifiers permitted under Google's child-directed treatment.

Google states that data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). We do not integrate additional advertising-network or mediation SDKs.

5. Children's privacy

The Apps are directed to children and are configured to use child-directed advertising treatment. Interest-based advertising and remarketing are disabled. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to Alma, please contact us. We will investigate and delete any information we control where appropriate.

6. How information is shared

Alma does not sell children's personal information. We do not share locally stored game progress with third parties. Limited technical information is processed by Google as described above when the Apps request or display advertisements. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to protect the security and integrity of the Apps.

7. Data retention

Alma does not operate user accounts or a server database of children's game activity. Locally stored game data remains until the App data is cleared or the App is uninstalled. Google determines retention periods for information processed by its services under its own policies and child-directed settings.

8. Parents' and users' choices

• Local game progress and settings can be removed by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
• Parents can contact us with privacy questions or requests concerning information controlled by Alma.
• Android and Google account privacy controls may provide additional controls over Google services.

9. International processing

Google may process technical information in countries other than the user's country. Google's privacy policy describes its international data-transfer safeguards. Alma is established in Cyprus, a member state of the European Union.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Apps, legal requirements, or third-party services change. We will publish the revised policy at this address and update the date shown at the top. Material changes affecting children will be handled in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.
